Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
At Farmer & Carlisle our focus, as always is on the health and safety of our staff, customers, suppliers and the communities we serve.
In these worrying times our thoughts are with all those that have been affected by the pandemic. I wanted to take some time to share with you the precautions that my management team and I, as a local business are taking in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Both of our Dealerships (Loughborough & Leicester) are still fully operational and remain open, but it is our top priority to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and suppliers.
For everyone’s safety we are following all the latest GOV UK advice and taking whatever steps necessary as a business to protect our customers and colleagues. The main measure that I have put into place is to appoint onsite cleaning teams that are working in the dealerships paying extra attention to all the surfaces that people come into contact with.
I understand that during this uncertain period you will be concerned for your well-being and that of other people around you. We’d like to assure you that we are here to help you with any car related queries that you may have whether it be about servicing, finance, test drives or anything else. We are open and you can visit us during normal opening hours. But also we are fully operational online and can quickly answer emails as well as phone calls. There is no question this is a time of great uncertainty, but my management team and I commit to being transparent and operating our business as normal while keeping health and safety as our top priority. While we don’t know exactly what the future may hold, we feel confident that by supporting each other we will emerge stronger than before.
