Toyota C-HRHybrid Overview at FARMER & CARLISLE IN LEICESTER & LOUGHBOROUGH, LEICESTERSHIRE
If it’s a choice between an SUV or efficiency, why not have both? The Toyota C-HR Hybrid offers just that, with a 1.8 or 2.0 self-charging hybrid powertrain. The more powerful 2.0 version has 182bhp on tap, yet it’ll return 49.56 to 54.32mpg combined and can run on electric power only for at least a few miles. There are three drive modes - Eco, Normal and Power - to simplify everything, or you can leave your C-HR to assess the road itself and switch between modes for you. Choose from Icon, Design or Excel trim levels, with Excel models boasting full leather upholstery, a heated steering wheel, Rear Cross Traffic Alert with Auto Braking and Traffic Sign Recognition.
New Toyota C-HR Hybrid Features
No other SUV can hold a candle to the C-HR’s design. Its angular body, sporty stance, tapered headlights and premium interior make sure of it. Excel models stand out with LED adaptive headlights with sequential indicators and leather seats.
Whether you choose the 1.8 or 2.0 hybrid, the drive is superb. 2.0 models have 182bhp, while 1.8 models have 120bhp. Choose a Design or Excel model and your C-HR will also park for you thanks to Simple Intelligent Parking Assist.
The C-HR is designed for families, with five doors and a spacious rear row that can accommodate five adults or two ISOFIX child seats. The boot’s big too, with the 377-litre load volume expanding to 1,160-litres with the rear seats folded.
Living With It
All models feature an 8” touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a reversing camera, adaptive cruise control and LED headlights. S-IPA, heated front seats, Smart Entry and front and rear parking sensors are added on Design models.
