We (Farmer & Carlisle Toyota) are proud announce that Ruth Stafford, Service Advisor at Loughborough has achieved a Gold Level accreditation.
Just too really put into perspective how big an achievement this is what Ruth had to do to attain this accreditation.
Toyota have 3 levels of training.
Talking about her experience, Ruth told us, "I found the training interesting as you get a real insight into different areas of the business. The training allows you to understand how the business really works. I attended several courses at the Toyota Academy, once all completed I had to write a business assignment that I had to present at Toyota GB. Since the training I found that my attitude towards the job role has changed as I am more understanding of the financial impact on the business in relation to the decisions I make. On receiving my gold accreditation I have experienced a huge amount of personal satisfaction which I believe shows in everything that I do."
Farmer & Carlisle Marketing & IT Director, Jonathan Carlisle adds, “We at Farmer & Carlisle are immensely proud and pleased that Ruth has achieved this top level Gold accredited Toyota qualification. Ruth joined us as an apprentice in 2009 and as we have been told by Toyota she is the first person in the whole Toyota network to go through from apprentice to Service Advisor Gold level in just 6 years! Ruth’s dedication to her job, our customers and the company has always been outstanding; reaching this Gold top level Service advisor qualification is a great reward for all of her hard work. Ruth sets a shining example of excellence not only to her fellow colleagues but to our customers as well.”
